CEO, Founder
Karen Baker
Ms. Baker is the founder and CEO of Quality Kare Services. She began to pursue her passion in working with the elderly and disabled population as a home health aide in 2015. In 2020, she advanced to an Activities Director position at an independent living senior facility. The following year, she became a licensed Host Home Provider, and opened her first home servicing adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). In December 2022, she gained employment with Chatham County Government and was tasked to create a program that brought recreation and community services to both IDD youth and adults living within Chatham County, Georgia. She still remains the overseer of the Chatham County Therapeutic Program, while also actively pursuing her registered nursing (RN) degree at South College. She is also the newest Governing Board Member at Oglethorpe Charter School.

Program Director, Co-Founder
Adriane Davis
Mrs. Davis, an Armstrong University and soon to be Savannah State alumni, has gained over 25+ years of knowledge in the social work setting. Her career began with the State of Georgia in 1998. She has hands on experience from case work management to supervision, training and state policy development. Her positions included, Department of Family and Children Services (DFACS), Division of Aging, Adult Protective Services (APS), Guardianship, and Office of Enterprise Development and Aging. During her State career, she took a 2 - year break, and taught as a special needs teacher at a local academy in Hinesville, GA. She currently maintains her position with the state as an APS/PGO program consultant.

Client Relations Manager
Vivian Brown
Ms. Brown, is a senior at Georgia Southern University, who is pursuing a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice. Ms. Brown is actively involved in community outreach, to include volunteer services, promotion of inclusion for the IDD population and senior advocacy. She's currently employed as a direct service provider with a local mental health organization. Her dedication, commitment to the safety and overall wellbeing of the individuals that we service is why she is our CRM!
